Elba Island, 2004: Anna (Anna Valle) and Tamara (Irene Ferri) are two inseparable friends with a passion for music, forming a successful musical duo. During an evening on a yacht, the two young women are victims of violence by a group of strangers. Twenty years have passed since then: Anna has become an airline pilot who, after the trauma, sacrificed love to fly the skies, while her friend remained on the island, opening "Le Sirene" B&B, specializing in therapeutic holidays for her guests. Suddenly, a phone call from Tamara plunges Anna back into the nightmare, forcing her to return, after many years, to the places of her tragic past. She'll have to fight to defend Tamara from a murder accusation and investigate the mysteries of those days with the help of Luca (Giorgio Marchesi), the Police Commissioner who, twenty years ago, was the first person to assist her after that tragic night.

Anna and Luca will embark on a gripping investigation that will lead them to discover the truth hidden among the waves, and together, they will be reborn through the power of love.
